At February 24 sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, the legislative initiative presented by the Government to regulate the co-relation between the levying of the property of illegal origin and bankruptcy cases was debated in the second reading.
The addenda being proposed in the Judicial Code will promote the effective activity of the institute of levying the property of illegal origin, at the same time ensuring the protection of the creditors' interests.
